On March 4th, 2017 over 400 Rusnak clients and guests enjoyed an exclusive unveiling event for the all-new 2017 Porsche Panamera at the Porsche Experience center in Carson California.  Guests were among the first in the country to experience the new Panamera and enjoy the unique and interactive experience of the Porsche Experience Center.  Attendees experienced the thrill of the PEC’s 1.3 handling circuit as they enjoyed hot laps with professional Porsche drivers.  Guests raved about the course which is designed not as a race track, but as a challenging country road with a series of corners and undulations intended to challenge both the car and driver.  Guests enjoyed complementary appetizers, heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while listening to music from DJ Herick and soaking in Porsche heritage with many legendary racing vehicles on display.  While not on the track, guests took to the wheel in a state-of-the art Porsche driving simulator, and relaxed in the showroom lounge and trackside patio.

About the 2017 Porsche Panamera

The new generation of the Panamera sees two models lining up on the grid: the Panamera 4S with a 2.9-litre twin turbo V6 engine offering 324 kW (440 hp) and the Panamera Turbo with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine producing 404 kW (550 hp).  And it’s more dynamic than ever: thanks to Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control Sport (PDCC Sport), Porsche 4D Chassis Control, three-chamber air suspension and – for the first time in the Panamera – rear-axle steering.  New Porsche InnoDrive and other innovative assistance systems make driving not only safer, more efficient and more relaxing – but also more enthralling.  And because a Porsche is always heading in the direction of the future, the new Panamera models are fully digitally networked thanks to Porsche Connect. The route is illuminated by LED main headlights – fitted to all new Panamera models. New LED main headlights with matrix beam including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus) are available as an option.
