On Thursday, June 18th, 2015 Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Pasadena created the Goodwood Cigar Lounge, Pasadena’s only popup cigar lounge. Hosting “La Aroma de Cuba,” an exclusive event celebrating cigars, local art, Scotch whisky, and the Rolls-Royce Wraith Inspired by Film. With only 100 guests in attendance, the event was VIP and invite-only. With a top-shelf whisky tasting, local art on display, gourmet appetizers and assorted light fare served, the event met every sense with the Spirit of Ecstasy.
Beauty, mystique, and a wide breadth of luxuries, the Rolls-Royce Wraith Inspired by Film is designed to deliver a visual, tactile, and aural experience. Andrew Arizmendi, the General Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Pasadena, similarly designed “La Aroma de Cuba” around delighting the senses. It was his goal to express luxury through physical sense, piquant tastes and scents were in abundance. The artwork of Lisa Lopuck and vintage cufflinks, ties and other accessories provided by ALUX served as treats for the eyes alongside the hors d’oeuvres and les amuses bouche.
The guests in attendance had quite an evening the scotch tasting, the cigars, and light culinary fare. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Pasadena was the secret start of Colorado Blvd, for those in the know. Photography was provided by SuperCar Focus Photography.
